At Murray’s Millwood Manor, we provide structured daily support within a  supervised retirement residence.

Our services are designed to meet a range of needs, from individuals who are largely independent to those requiring more consistent daily assistance. We focus on delivering reliable support in a comfortable, well-maintained environment while respecting each resident’s dignity and independence.

Our residence operates with staff available at all times to ensure safety, monitoring, and assistance when needed.

• Continuous on-site staff presence
• Monitoring of resident well-being
• Prompt response to concerns or changes in condition
• A secure and supervised living environment
• Emergency call bell system in room and bathroom

Medication management is an essential part of our care model.

Services include:

• Administration of medications as prescribed
• Medication reminders where appropriate
• Secure storage and handling of medications
• Documentation and tracking to ensure accuracy.
• Medication delivery coordinated through our partnered pharmacy

Residents receive three nutritious meals daily, prepared on-site.

We provide:

• Regular meal service in a shared dining environment 
• Accommodation of dietary needs where possible
• A structured meal schedule with 2 choices at each mealtime
• Snacks daily and Tea/Coffee service

We offer assistance with daily routines based on each resident’s needs.

This may include:

• Support with morning and evening routines 
• Reminders and guidance throughout the day
• General supervision and encouragement

To maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we provide:

• Regular weekly housekeeping services
• Laundry services
• Maintenance of common areas
• A well-kept and hygienic residence

We assist residents and families with coordinating external healthcare services to ensure continuity of care and appropriate support.

• Communication with healthcare providers 
• Coordination with physicians and specialists
• Support with appointments and follow-ups
• Collaboration with family members and care teams
• Coordination with external service providers, including:
  • LifeLabs
  • Mobile diagnostic imaging services
  • Ontario Health at Home
  • ProResp respiratory services
  • Mobility Plus

Millwood Manor is supported by a visiting physician who attends the residence on a regular basis.

Residents may choose to be followed by the on-site physician, allowing for:

• Routine medical assessments on site
• Ongoing monitoring and follow-up care
• Timely access to medical support
• Coordination with our care team
   

Residents also have the option to remain with their existing family physician if preferred.
